I just made $500,000 about a week ago – want to learn how to do the same thing?

Instead of “dreaming about” winning the lottery or making millions doing a home-based MLM business, or inheriting money from your old Aunt Margaret - why not ’simply’ dedicate a little bit of your regular wages to a savings account and leverage your intelligence to SAVE part of your paycheck instead! Most millionaires that live next door to you actually “pay themselves first” from their paychecks, setting aside a 10-15% amount in a work 401(k) or other savings/investing plan!

Do you – or could you possibly save $848 every month?

If you could, you could earn $500,000 in just 20 years making an 8% return on your money!

Amazingly, if you just tried to just “save” $500,000, you’d have to put away $2,084 every month for 20 full years – or 240 months worth of saving it! For most people, saving $2,083 is totally impossible. But broken down to $848 a month, that’s a managable dollar amount, if you’ll just RE-EXAMINE your monthly take-home income and your current monthly budget.

How hard is it for the average person to save $500,000 to $1,000,000? Here are several examples how you can do it, like I am doing:

Savings start date: 6-1-2008
Balance on start date: $0
Number of years: 20
Rate of return: 8%
Savings amount: $500,000
You will need to save (deposit) $848.87 per month deposit frequency.

Savings start date: 6-1-2008
Balance on start date: $0
Number of years: 20
Rate of return: 7%
Savings amount: $500,000
You will need to save (deposit) $960 per month deposit frequency.

Savings start date: 6-1-2008
Balance on start date: $0
Number of years: 20
Rate of return: 8%
Savings amount: $1,000,000
You will need to save (deposit) $1,698 per month deposit frequency.

Savings start date: 6-1-2008
Balance on start date: $0
Number of years: 20
Rate of return: 7%
Savings amount: $1,000,000
You will need to save (deposit) $1,920 per month deposit frequency.

If you earned $500,000 in 20 years, you could “take out” $40,000 a year of interest profit – to spend on anything you wanted! By taking out the ‘interest profit’ only, you’d still have $500,000 in your account year after year – after year!

Remember that Albert Einstein said that “the most amazing thing in the world to me, is compounding interest.”

Put compounding interest to work for you, and you DON’T need to save $2,083 a month!!! You merely have to divert $848 into a new investment account. It’s easy – even a ’stupid’ Realtor like myself can accomplish that! Read more about this and about real estate investing at http://www.home-deals.net

During these TOUGH real estate and mortgage times – what’s the only PROVEN WAY that will genuinely help you to buy or sell your next home?

The answer is: You must find a way to fix your damaged credit & fix your bad credit, rebuild your credit reports scores and get your mid-fico scores in the high 600’s. If you can fix – yes legitimately fix your credit scores – then YOU can buy your next house in 30 days to 6 months from now – with a MUCH LOWER interest rate and LESS MONEY for a down payment!

Since most Realtors and mortgage lenders know very little about GENUINE credit repair, let a professional credit repair expert share with you what it “really takes” to fix credit legitimately…

As a top Round Rock, Austin Realtor and the owner of Texas Mortgage Specialists, I’ve personally closed nearly $100 million in real estate and mortgage business since 1998, since earning my Bachelor of Science at The Ohio State University and my then my MBA. My professional mortgage experience helped me become a true Credit Repair expert, and I’ve helped thousands of people nationwide to repair their credit to qualify for new mortgage loan financing. You can read much more detailed information on my Credit Repair System, but let’s cover the basics so you can fully understand how you can improve your credit scores – as statistics show that 26.7% of all buyers have credit report issues STOPPING them from buying a home now with the cxurrent mortgage and credit mess.

The 3 primary reasons home buyers have credit below 620 is because they:

• Don’t pay their bills
• Had a period of time they (or their spouse) was unemployed or had a medical situation
• Don’t know how to positively “manipulate” their Equifax, Experian and TransUnion scores

The people who don’t pay their bills will rarely ever take enough responsibility to stop renting and work to repair their credit. The other two categories we can help! As a matter of fact, because you’re usually eager to buy Round Rock real estate, Cedar Park real estate or Austin homes – we will guarantee I can help you fix your credit once-and-for-all…so that they could actually buy a house and stop renting forever. Now you can…

Let me give you a quick idea on how I just helped the Harris’s in Houston Texas, as they had been declined by 4 other lenders until I got their phone call. They had a 658 mid-fico (a good score) when I started with them February 8, but their credit score and debt-to-income ratio was too high to qualify for the $280,000 home they wanted. I had them liquidate a 401(k) and pay down (not off!) 5 of their high balance credit cards to my ‘magical formula’ percentage instead, plus pay an old outstanding $198 medical collection that was about a year old. Now, they have a 699 mid-fico when I just re-pulled their credit reports on March 31. Coincidentally, their monthly minimum credit card payments DROPPED significantly too – and NOW the Harris’s DO QUALIFY for a 30-Year Fixed rate conventional loan at 5.875% at my company. This is what I do for a living…and why I do so much mortgage business and real estate business.

You see, I can look at anyone’s Tri-Merged Credit Reports and in 2 minutes, tell you how many points I can INCREASE their scores by doing pro-active credit repair – and I can give you an accurate estimation on how many months (or years) it will take you to qualify for a good FHA or other loan. By the way – there are a few $0 Down loans as of May 17th, 2008. Did you know that? I’m so confident about my credit repair abilities that I’m the only guaranteed Credit Repair Program in the USA that pays you DOUBLE your money back if I can’t help you improve your credit scores by 25-100+ points AND get you a good mortgage loan. I DON’T DO the stupid credit repair scams that dispute “real collections and charge-off’s” …as that never fixes anything! I genuinely show home buyers how YOU can legitimately “manipulate” your credit reports by paying down credit cards to below 50%, adding car loans to get new credit after 6 months, getting 2 secured credit cards and other ‘secret’ stuff that works – but takes time!

Typically, I can help most people become home buyers in 3, 6 or 9 months of doing REAL credit repair. And since 26.7% of all potential buyers in the United States need credit repair help – you might as well work with a partner who genuinely wants to help YOU to buy a house! With my personal PROVEN Credit Repair Strategy and Credit Score Improvement System – and my 9 year track record of high success – I’ll genuinely help you get a mortgae loan. I offer my credit repair services for a limited amount of clients per month at around $695 for a one-time fee. We don’t bill any credit repair services monthly…just a flat fee. You are given a written Credit Analysis once I pull their credit and determine “what” it will take and how long it will take me to help you achieve a home loan – before you’ll even pay me a dime.

So, if you’re interested in buying an Austin Texas area home during these tough real estate and mortgage times – then email me or read more about Credit Repair Help here.

Thanks,
Jeff Boyce
